1. Provider
Lukas Zens, sole trader, Zirknitz 50, 8511 St. Stefan ob Stainz, Austria. Contact details are shown in the Imprint.
2. Service
WebScanMe researches publicly accessible online information using identifiers you provide about yourself. After a free preview and your review of candidate findings, you may purchase a deeper analysis and interactive dossier.
The service is a snapshot. We cannot guarantee completeness, permanent availability of third-party sources or perfect accuracy of every match. Uncertain findings are labelled accordingly.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service exclusively to analyse yourself. You confirm that all names, email addresses, profiles and other identifiers you enter belong to you. Searching for other people, stalking, intimidation, discrimination and any unlawful use are prohibited.
4. Contract and price
The preview is free. The complete analysis costs a one-time total price of €19. Before Stripe checkout, the principal service features, price and immediate start are shown. The contract is formed when payment succeeds.
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
5. Payment and delivery
Stripe processes the payment. Once payment is confirmed, deeper research starts in the same browser. Depending on the scope and availability of external sources, completion may take several minutes.
6. Right of withdrawal and immediate performance
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. At your express request, however, WebScanMe begins the personalised analysis immediately.
Before purchase you must actively request performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected until performance is complete.
You may withdraw by sending an unambiguous statement with your name, purchase date and Stripe payment reference to the email address shown in the Imprint.
7. Statutory conformity rights
All mandatory statutory rights apply. A subjectively expected number of findings is not a guaranteed result because public visibility, name frequency and technical accessibility vary by person.
8. Liability
The provider is liable in accordance with applicable law. The analysis is not legal, security, financial or employment advice. Dossier conclusions are evidence-based risk indicators and should be checked against their linked sources.
9. Storage and deletion
The analysis and dossier are normally deleted automatically 30 days after the analysis starts. You can delete them earlier through the application. Legally required payment and accounting records are unaffected.
10. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. For consumers, mandatory protections of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
